About the event
In the discussion group "A garden heals wounds", we discuss the positive effect of green therapy on mental health with occupational therapist Ella Kari. Various scientific studies confirm that gardening reduces stress, anxiety and depression. We talk about science, share practical tips for more conscious actions in the garden, and also do a practical green therapy exercise. In addition, the project managers of the B.Green project from the Tallinn Strategy Center will introduce the concept of the future Pelgu allotment garden.
